Corruption Reporting
The purpose of the Corruption Reporting mechanism is to combat and prevent bribery, corruption, and unethical practices at Homa Bay County Teaching and Referral Hospital (HBCTRH). The initiative promotes transparency, accountability, and best practices in hospital governance.
This reporting framework complies with the following laws and policies:

- Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Act, 2003
- Leadership and Integrity Act, 2012
- Bribery Act, 2016
- National Ethics and Anti-Corruption Policy, 2018
